Right to know about the existence of a data breach – the holder of personal data has the right to be informed if there is any security breach that compromises their data.
Right of complaint to the supervisory authority - the holder of the personal data has the right to complain not only to the person responsible for the processing of personal data of the company, but also to the supervisory authority, the National Commission for Data Protection.
