Gramacho

Project located in Gramacho, Lagoa, composed of 4 buildings: a habitational unit, a wine cellar, a service building with a restaurant and craft brewery, and a single-family house with swimming pool.
The client's aim was to recreate a construction to give an idea of ​​antiquity with modern elements in all of the buildings. Mixing some typically Portuguese elements such as Portuguese paving in outdoor terraces, gardens with flower boxes and stand-out features such as olive trees, covered terraces with wooden pergolas, solid walls to recreate the old mud houses, rendering with a twisted appearance recalling the ancient style, most of the open spaces having many arcades and rainwater collection flowing into cisterns.
